Silkforme.com provides worldwide shipping service. Users can select the shipping service they prefer during the checkout process depending on their needs.

For domestic orders (United States), the following options are available:

• USPS First Class Mail, delivered in 7-14 business days at the cost of $3.00.
• USPS Priority Mail, delivered in 3-5 business days at the cost of $5.00
• Fedex Ground Service, delivered in 1-7 business days at the cost of $4.50. This service is not available for shipments to Alaska/Hawaii Metro and Rural areas.
• Fedex Express Saver, delivered the third business day at the cost of $6.40. This service is not available for shipments to Alaska/Hawaii Metro and Rural Areas.
• Fedex 2nd Day Service, delivered the second business day at the cost of $7.50.
• Fedex Standard Overnight, delivered the next business afternoon at the cost of $13.00. This service is not available for shipments to Hawaii Rural Areas.

The above base rates are for one product. Each additional product costs an additional $1.00.
Please note that Federal Express does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
For international orders, the following options are available:

• USPS EMS Service
• USPS GPM Service: for most destinations usually available at the cost of $8.50
• Fedex International Priority: reach major business centers in 1 to 3 business days.
• Italian Priority Mail: delivered in 3 business days within Europe (Italy excluded) and in 4-9 business days in other countries. This Service is not available for shipment to Italy.
• Italian Economy Parcel Post (for Italy only): delivered in 5 business days.

The cost of international shipping varies in relation to the distance of the destination country. Please, check the prices and the services available during the checkout process and choose the option that you prefer.

Please note that title to the goods passes to you at the time of the delivery by the fulfilment center to a common carrier.

The tracking and the delivery information availability depends exclusively on our couriers. Silkforme declines any responsibility for missing information or unavailability of online delivery information depending on factors beyond its control.

The tracking services are available for all Federal Express services and for USPS Global Express Mail (EMS) service.
