Silkforme understands that your trust in us is our most important asset. If you cease to be our customer (for example, if your credit account is closed or becomes inactive), our information practices in this policy, as amended from time to time, will continue to apply to the extent that we retain information about you that we collected while you were our customer.

Except as expressly noted, this policy relates only to nonpublic personal information and does not affect our information practices with respect to other information.
