2. Can I return the ties if I don’t like them?
Of course. All ties are guaranteed for 30 days from the time of the delivery for defects in workmanship or if you just don’t like them. We only ask you not to get spaghetti sauce on them before sending them back! For more information about Returns, read our

After you place an order with Silkforme.com, you will receive two email messages: the first one is the order confirmation and the second one is the shipping notification.
The first message will confirm that we received your order. The second will let you know that your order has been shipped.


5. How can I track my order?
The shipping notification email message contains the name of the carrier handling your package and a tracking number. Once you receive this message, click on the link below or type the URL for Federal Express (
www.fedex.com) or the United States Postal Service (www.usps.com) into your browser. Follow the instructions, and type your tracking number in the correct field to get a status report on your order.
Please note that your tracking number may not be available until at least one business day after you receive your shipping notification message.

No, we pay for you and you will not be charged extra for these costs.


8. I am from New York City. Do I have to pay sales tax for items shipped to me?
No. We have a presence only in the State of Virginia. Because we do not have a presence in any other State, we are not required to collect sales tax in all other States. We must collect sales tax only for items shipped to a Virginia address.


9. What forms of payment do you accept?
Silkforme accepts Visa, MasterCard and Discover. We do not accept any other forms of payment.
